If you cancel an order and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase minus any incurred fees that are none refundable. in the case of Pay Pal payment this will be 4% of the total order. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day, we received your valid notice of cancellation.

Orders are charged in sterling and will be refunded in sterling. If you have made a payment in a foreign currency that has been converted into sterling this may result in you receiving a different amount in your local currency due to fluctuations in exchange rates. If you opt to take store credit instead this will be applied to your account in sterling.
