Our return policy on painted miniatures, the items are sold as seen, each item that we advertise will have been painted by individuals not relating or commissioned by MiniaturesSingles. to this we cannot guarantee the quality. Before purchasing if you would like more images emailing to you please feel free to get in touch - after purchase though we cannot except returns for this reason.

If you are intending to return new products please contact us prior to returning, as we will only accepted these products if they are still sealed and in original packaging, undamaged and within 30 Days of purchase. All returns must be sent in adequate packaging to avoid transit damage. The buyer is responsible for the return postage (we advise sending any items to ourselves with a tracking number), on receipt and inspection a full refund for the purchase amount including the original delivery costs will be made to the originators Pay Pal account . Please make sure that your contact details are included so that we may follow up if required.
